HILLSBORO, Kan. — Two Tabor College students were killed and a third was injured Sunday morning in a crash near Hillsboro.
According to the college, senior Christopher Castillo and junior Johnethon Aviles were killed in a single-car accident south of Hillsboro near Indigo Road and 130th.
A third passenger, Jonathan Medina, was transported to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kan., to treat injuries sustained in the accident. Authorities were notified just before 4 a.m. Sunday.
