HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Monarchs return to Hobart-Detter Field on Friday, with Opening Night set for 7 p.m. against the Newton Rebels.
The team reported Monday to begin preparations for the 2025 summer collegiate season, the Monarchs’ 17th year in the Salt City. The program has built a strong tradition, highlighted by its NBC World Series championship in 2023 under current manager Casey Lippoldt.
The Monarchs' 2025 schedule includes 33 dates, with 18 home games at Hobart-Detter. The full schedule is available online.
Hutchinson will host its annual Cancer Awareness Game on Saturday, June 14, against the Great Bend Bat Cats. First pitch is set for 7 p.m.
A Vintage Baseball Game is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, at 5:15 p.m., ahead of the Monarchs’ matchup with the Derby Twins at 7 p.m.
Lippoldt enters his third season as Monarchs manager. Hutchinson native Ryan Stoecklein joins the staff this summer for his first season as an assistant coach.
