RENO COUNTY — Reno County authorities are looking for a person of interest after finding two men dead Friday evening.
According to a department Facebook post, deputies were sent to a property in eastern Reno County for a check welfare call. They spoke to several friends of a man who hadn't been heard from since Wednesday.
While searching the property, deputies believe they found the missing person, so they then got a warrant to search the entire property and found a second man dead.
They believe both are Hutchinson residents.
Police want to speak with Kyle V. Hardwick. He is possibly traveling in a 2000 Red Ford F-150 ex-cab pickup with veteran plates. Hardwick is also known to travel by bus. If you have information on the case, please call Crime Stoppers of Reno County at 620-694-2666 or 800-222-TIPS.
Hardwick is considered armed and dangerous. Names are not being released as not all family has been notified.
