INTRUST Bank Arena will hold practice rounds on Wednesday for the eight teams that will compete in downtown Wichita as part of first and second round action of the NCAA Tournament.
The eight teams competing in Wichita are Drake, Georgia, Gonzaga, Houston, Missouri, SIU Edwardsville, Texas Tech and UNC Wilmington.
SIU Edwardsville features former Hutchinson High School graduate, Myles Thompson. Thompson played at Barton Community College in Great Bend after his time as a Salthawk. He then transferred to SIUE and is in his first year as a Cougar.
Practice sessions are open to the public and are free to attend.
