 </figure>NICKERSON, Kan. — The Nickerson USD 309 School Board held a special meeting Wednesday evening to go over its list of candidates for the vacant Superintendent position.&nbsp;The board will begin interviews with potential candidates Monday. According to Sue Givens with the Kansas Association of School Boards, the district will announce a candidate each day that they interview one. She could not say how many finalists would be interviewed.The KASB has been assisting the district in finding a replacement for Dr. Dawn Johnson.
