Kan. —&nbsp;The City of Hutchinson announced Thursday that the restrooms at Orchard Park have been reopened from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.


The restrooms at Orchard and Herman Bunte parks in Hutchinson were closed because of vandalism in mid-May.

The&nbsp;Herman Bunte restroom was reopened earlier this spring.
