TOPEKA, Kan. — Active-duty military members, veterans, and one guest will receive complimentary admission to Kansas high school playoff football games this week, the Kansas State High School Activities Association announced.
For the third straight year, KSHSAA is offering free entry to all Sectional Championship football games scheduled for November 13 and 14.
Any active-duty service member or veteran may attend with one guest at no charge by presenting a driver’s license that displays the veteran seal or other proof of military service, such as a veteran ID card.
Sectional games will be played Thursday or Friday, depending on facility availability. Host schools may also choose to recognize veterans and active military members in additional ways on gameday.
