HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Community College sophomore running back Waymond Jordan Jr. has been named the Offensive Player of the Week, the KJCCC announced on Tuesday.

The Pensacola, Fla. native rushed for a career-high 179 yards and two touchdowns in the Blue Dragons' win over New Mexico Military Institute on Thursday at Gowans Stadium.

Jordan Jr. has rushing scores of 26 and 54 yards. The 54-yard run early in the second half was the longest career rushing attempt. He averaged just under 13 yards per carry in the 42-10 victory.&nbsp;
