Payroll and Benefits Specialist
Status: Full Time
Job Summary
Process timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll for more than 120 employees.
Work with supervisors/manager to ensure timesheets are complete and accurate.
Manage quarterly and annual reporting requirements such as W-2, 1095s, 941.
Performs benefits administration to include communicating benefit information to employees, enrolling and terminating employees in plans.
Maintain and conduct all matters in a highly-confidential manner.
Qualifications
High school diploma
Associate or Bachelor degree in business or accounting preferred
Minimum of three years experience with payroll processing
Must be very detailed oriented.
