HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutch Post was provided a list Thursday morning of the employers who had provided employee estimates to the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce that would put them over 100 total employees.
These employers, therefore, would be under the new OSHA vaccine or testing mandate language released by the Biden Administration Thursday, with intent for the temporary rule to be published in the Federal Register on Friday.
The employers include, but are not limited to:
Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System
USD 308
Tyson Prepared Foods
Hutchinson Clinic
Hutchinson Correctional Facility
Dillon Stores
Reno County
City of Hutchinson
Hutchinson Community College
Kroger Accounting
Portfolio Recovery Associates
Buhler USD 313
Collins Bus Corporation
Kuhn Krause, Inc.
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy
Lowen Corporation
Haven Public Schools
Walmart
Nickerson Public Schools
Mennonite Friendship Communities
Wesley Towers
First National Bank of Hutchinson
NCA

Yoder Smokers
Morton Salt
Jackson Dairy
TECH
Sonoco Hutchinson Paper Mill
Takako America Co., Inc.
Heartland Credit Union
Superior Boiler Works, Inc.

This is by no means an exhaustive list, as there are several employers with under 100 employees here in Reno County that would have over 100 if you count all their locations across the country.
Eagle Communications is one example of that.
