HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Reno County Tag Department and Treasurer’s Office are closed today, April 14, as staff complete mandatory state training.
County officials say the one-day closure allows all employees to participate in required instruction tied to the State of Kansas motor vehicle registration system. The training is designed to keep staff compliant and up to date with system requirements.
The closure impacts only the Tag Department and Treasurer’s Office. Other offices inside the Reno County Courthouse Annex remain open under normal hours.
Both offices are scheduled to reopen at 8 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, April 15.
