Pretty Prairie residents need to note that several local streets will be temporarily closed for repaving beginning Thursday, June 12. The affected areas include North and South Collingwood, as well as the 300 blocks of South Elm Street and South Ash Street.
The closures are expected to last between three to five business days. Residents are asked to remove all vehicles from these streets during the construction period.
If work extends into Wednesday of next week, residents in those areas should place their trash and recycling carts on the nearest side street by Tuesday evening.
City officials thank residents for their cooperation and patience during the improvements.
