SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The South Hutchinson City Council will meet this evening in a special session. The meeting will involve an executive session to discuss non-elected personnel.
The meeting comes five days after the Council held a special meeting and hired former Hillsboro City Administrator Larry Paine as the interim City Administrator. Paine recently retired from Hillsboro and was replaced by former South Hutchinson City Administrator Matt Stiles who abruptly resigned from the South Hutchinson position in 2018.
The Council is looking to bring a City Administrator back on board and is working on what direction to take in filling the spot. Tonight's meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the South Hutchinson city offices.
