HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A traffic accident has knocked out the traffic signals at E. 4th Avenue and Severance.
Hutchinson Public Works says while the poles that hold up the signals were undamaged, the signal controls themselves were knocked out.
Public Works says it will likely be at least several days before the signals are operational again and maybe longer if a part needs to be ordered.
