PRATT COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before noon Thursday in Pratt County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Chevy Colorado driven by Charles J. Bollig, 45, Haviland, was southbound on U.S. 281 at 30th Street. The driver failed to yield. A northbound 2019 Ford Transit van driven by Michael P. Brown, 61, Derby, struck the pickup. The impact pushed the van into a 2013 Kenworth semi driven by Ethan M. White, 23, Dodge City, who was parked at stop sign waiting to turn North on U.S. 281.
EMS transported a passenger in the pickup Richard L. Barber, 76, Haviland, to Pratt Regional Medical Center. There were no other injuries. All four were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
