RENO COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 3:30p.m. Monday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2020 Ram 1500 driven by Bradley Pickerell, 67, Wichita, was eastbound on Kansas 96 at Worthington Road. The pickup rear-ended a 2020 Toyota Tacoma driven by Debra Herr-Hudspeth, 69, Garden Plain, that was slowing to make a right turn. After impact the toyota rolled into the ditch on the southeast corner of the intersection.
EMS transported Herr-Hudspeth to St. Francis Hospital. Pickerell was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
