The Kansas State Fair is excited to announce that Sam Barber will perform with Avery Anna at the Nex-Tech Grandstand on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 7:30 PM. Get ready for a night of powerful vocals and heartfelt storytelling at the 2025 Kansas State Fair!
Sam Barber, the 21-year-old singer-songwriter from Southeast Missouri, has risen to fame with his viral hits and emotionally raw songwriting. Following the success of his Platinum-Certified single “Straight and Narrow,” Barber released his debut album, Restless Mind, in November 2024. Barber has captivated audiences across the country with a mix of acoustic simplicity and soaring melodies.

Opening for Barber will be up-and-coming music star Avery Anna. Known for her soulful vocals and heartfelt authenticity, her meteoric rise has earned her praise from Rolling Stone, Billboard, and American Songwriter.
Her 2024 debut album, Breakup Over Breakfast, showcases her raw lyrical talent and deep emotional storytelling, featuring 17 original tracks. Avery Anna’s viral Platinum-Certified hit “Narcissist” and recent duet with Sam Barber, “Indigo,” have further cemented her as an artist to watch

Ticket Options: Reserved seating in the Nex-Tech Grandstand is $35 and $45.
There are several options for an upgraded Grandstand experience: Kansas Star Casino Track Party Pit Get up close to the stage! The Track Party Pit area gives concertgoers the opportunity to be on the, standing right in front of the stage. Each ticket is $75.
Kansas Star Casino VIP Deck – Standing Want the ultimate VIP treatment? This ticket package includes access to the VIP Deck area, two beverage coupons, complimentary appetizers within the VIP Deck area prior to the show, and early entrance to the Grandstand. Each VIP Standing ticket is $100.
Kansas Star Casino VIP Deck – Reserved Table Get all your friends together with the VIP experience! Reserve a table on our VIP Deck to enjoy the show from a private table that seats six. In addition to a reserved table for six, this package provides two beverage coupons per person, complimentary appetizers within the VIP Deck area prior to the show, and early entrance to the Grandstand. Each VIP Reserved Table is $800.
