HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Community College will welcome high school juniors and seniors to campus Friday, Nov. 6, for Recruitment Day, giving prospective students an opportunity to explore academic programs, campus resources and student life.
The event will run from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hutchinson Sports Arena.
Recruitment Day will feature a browsing fair with representatives from academic departments, student organizations and campus resources. Students can also participate in guided campus tours and meet with the college's admissions team.
Representatives will be available to answer questions about the application process, academic advising, financial aid and student life.
Attendees will receive a free event T-shirt and complimentary lunch, along with opportunities to win scholarships through drawings held during the event.
The event is designed to help high school students explore their postsecondary education options and learn more about the opportunities available at HutchCC.
