HUTCHINSON, Kan. — In August, the Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce recognized new teachers across Reno County with gift bags made possible by chamber members.
With the success of the gesture, the Chamber has decided to take things a step further by showing appreciation for all educators and staff of schools in Reno County.
The Chamber is asking its business members to become a part of a special promotion this fall by offering specials to educators and staff across the county such as buy-one-get-one and other discounts. The offers will be distributed throughout the school districts.
If put in place, the promotion would benefit more than 1,700 education staff and teachers in Reno County.
