RENO COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 8:30a.m. Monday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Chevy Equinox driven by Cheryl Annette Wilson, 68, Hutchinson, was eastbound in the left lane of Kansas 96 at Haven Road. The SUV struck a deer causing the airbags to deploy.
EMS transported Wilson to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
