HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Fire Department will be holding an event Thursday to unveil their Safe Haven Baby Box at 10 a.m.
This is one of just a few in Kansas that have been installed since the passage of the Newborn Infant Protection Act.
There will be guest speakers at the event, which will happen at Fire Station 1 on Main Street.
The public is encouraged to attend.
