Marilyn Rochelle Rose |1965-2022|

Marilyn Rochelle Rose, 56, passed away February 24, 2022 in Haviland. She was born in Fredrick, OK. October 30, 1965 to John and Gene (Farris) Myers. Marilyn married Robin Rose January 29, 1983 at the Glendale United Methodist Church of Glendale. They were married for 39 years.

Marilyn graduated from Pratt High School. She worked in the Deli Deparment at Dillons in Pratt and also the Haviland Care Center in Haviland. She was a case Manager for Iriquois in Greensburg. Marilyn enjoyed Crafts, making jackets and wreaths for family and friends. She attended the Methodist Church in Haviland and Pratt.

She is survived by her husband Robin, sons, Matt (Jami) Rose of Alva, OK, Michael (Christan) Rose of Towanda; daughter, Melissa McDuff of Jacksonville, FL;. Her parents John (Gene) Myers, of Alva, OK. Brother, Michael (Julie) Myers; mother-in-law Mary Ann Rose, Pratt, KS. and many neices and nephews. Grandchildren, Kanyon and Wyatt Culwell, Joey Clayton, Rylan, Westin and Jensen Rose, Josh Manderick, Jaylyn Scribner, Travis Hazelwood, Emma and Kobi Rose.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her father-in-law, Fred Rose, grandparents Alton and Inabelle Farris, aunt Elaine Evans, and cousin Vicki Evans.

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial service will be 11:00 am Wednesday April 23, 2022 at the Haviland Methodist Church.
