HutchCC BOT to consider two new positions

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The HutchCC Board of Trustees will discuss two new positions within the college during Thursday’s agenda session. The Board will consider adopting the new position of Associate Director of Business and Industry.

The new position will act as a representative of the college that will work with Kansas Manufacturing Solutions to help provide training, consulting and support to industry in south central Kansas.

The other is a new CDL training instructor. The instructor will provide the training and instruction for students interested in obtaining their commercial driver’s license.

Also on Thursday, the board will take care of some housekeeping duties to start the new year and set dates for meetings for the calendar year.

Thursday’s meeting of the HutchCC Board of Trustees begins at 7 p.m. at the Shears Technology Center.
