HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The deadline is March 25 for the sidewalk program that the City of Hutchinson hopes will connect and promote continuous hazard-free pedestrian pathways.
The program is only for sidewalks in the Hutchinson city limits.
Priority will be given to neighborhoods without existing sidewalks.
If the property owner(s) are offering “sweat” equity, the sidewalk shall meet City of Hutchinson standards and requirements.
The property owner(s) must not have outstanding permit violations and no outstanding indebtedness to the city.
Applications must be submitted to [email protected] or received at City Hall by close of business March 25 for consideration. Funding is limited.
