At 10:46pm., the Hutchinson Fire Department responded to a report of a structure fire at 1200 Blk West 31st. 

First-arriving units located a fire on the roof of the structure. Crews entered the home and found fire throughout the attic. Crews made quick access to the fire and started extinguishment. 

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation at the time of this press release. There was extensive fire damage to the attic and smoke damage throughout the home. Crews did locate one cat and removed it from the structure.
