KINGMAN COUNTY—A Kansas man died in an accident just after 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Kingman County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Nissan Altima driven by 43-year-old Oliver T. Wilson of Wichita was eastbound on Kansas 42 one mile west of Norwich when the car traveled left of center in a no passing zone and struck a westbound cement truck driven by 43-year-old Justin M. Strunk of Colwich head-on.
Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to the Sedgwick County Forensics Center. Strunk was not injured. Wilson was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
