HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Letters are being mailed to 210 Reno County households who have been randomly selected to complete a survey for the 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment.
Those who complete the survey will receive a $20 gift card!
The Healthcare Access Taskforce needs your input to help determine the community's priority areas.
The taskforce already did an online survey open to the whole community that closed last month.
