Medicine Lodge - Amber Ann Cline, 67, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021 at Medicine Lodge Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 15, 1954 in Medicine Lodge to Lonnie D. and Otilia Ann (Hamilton) Garten. Amber married Dave Cline on June 3, 1974 in Alva, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on September 28, 2012.

Amber graduated from Medicine Lodge High School in 1972. She went on to earn her Associate Degree in Applied Science from Pratt Community College. Before retiring she worked as a manager for Arrowhead West for 20 years. She was a member of Pitch Club and Deerhead Circle. She enjoyed studying gorillas, history and geography, learning little unknown facts, cooking and practical jokes.

She is survived by her daughter, Keri Cline of Medicine Lodge; daughter in-law, Heather (John) Ludwick of Medicine Lodge; sister, Anita Crater of Yates Center; brothers, Clay Garten of Wichita and Troy Garten of Lake City; grandchildren, Taylor (Quinten) Sanders, Saige Keller, Caity Cline, Casen Cline and Daylynn Keller; great-grandsons, Rossten and Colsten Sanders; and adopted daughter, Jessica Sanders of Medicine Lodge.

Amber is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dave Cline; and son, Davy Cline.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Sun City Community Building with Funeral service following at 2:00 p.m, with JW Jacobs presiding. Burial will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery, Sun City.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior or WRCA (Working Ranch Cowboy Association) in care of Larrison Funeral Home, 120 E. Lincoln, Medicine Lodge.
