HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The City of Hutchinson will hold its annual City-Wide Clean-Up this weekend, April 26–27, providing free dumpsters at multiple locations across the community to help residents dispose of unwanted items.
Dumpsters will be stationed at more than a dozen sites throughout the city.

Residents are encouraged to use the event as an opportunity to clean up their yards, garages, alleys, and neighborhoods.
Certain items are prohibited from being placed in the dumpsters, including mattresses, tires, tree limbs, leaves, grass clippings, household hazardous waste (such as chemicals and paint), and large metal items like appliances or bicycles. These materials can be taken to the Reno County Landfill at 703 South Mohawk Road, which is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The cleanup event is a partnership between the City of Hutchinson and Stutzman Refuse Disposal, Inc.
For more information, residents can contact the city at 620-694-1900 or visit hutchgov.com.
