Kansas man hospitalized after semi, farm spray rig crash

PRATT COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 1p.m. Friday in Pratt County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2024 John Deere Spray Rig driven by Mark A. Miller, 39, Pratt, was stopped at a stop sign facing east at the Intersection of NE 100th Avenue and NE 40th Street four miles just south of Preston.  The driver pulled out in front of a northbound 2003 Freightliner semi driven by Stacy L. Pugh, 58, Sylvia. The semi struck the Spray Rig.

EMS transported Pugh to Pratt Regional Medical Center. Miller was not injured. Pugh was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
