HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The high school basketball season tips off this weekend at the Salthawk Activity Center as Hutchinson hosts Bishop Carroll, Andover Central and Great Bend in the annual Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram Tournament.
Action begins Friday at 3 p.m. with the Andover Central and Great Bend girls, followed by the boys matchup at 4:30 p.m.
Hutchinson takes the floor in the evening session, with the Salthawk girls opening against Bishop Carroll at 6 p.m. and the boys following at 7:30 p.m.
It marks the first full look at all four programs as they launch the 2025 campaign.

Catch all the action on KWBW Radio 1450am/98.5fm with the award winning EAGLE Media sportscast crew, consisting of Glen Grunwald with the play-by-play call and Will Dutton making his debut with Eagle Media with in-depth analysis. Pregame starts at 5:45 p.m. followed by the opening tip at 6 p.m. The Hutch High boys game will follow at around 7:30 p.m.
