
Day one of the KSHSAA state basketball tournaments is in the books with 28 games complete, four quarterfinal matchups at seven different locations.
The Hutch Post area teams go 7-0 on the day with some impressive performances. Gabe Pyle hit a game winning floater to give McPherson boys the 60-59 win in overtime over Baldwin, while Sterling boys put up 97 points in its quarterfinal win.
