HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Reno County Toy Run organizers have been busy getting bicycles for the event. They need help putting some bicycles together that came in boxes. Message them on their Facebook page to find out how to help.

The annual Reno County Toy Run will be on Sunday, November 20.

In 2021, more than 500 motorcycles ran the usual route through Hutchinson from Main to 30th to K-61 and then to the Moose Lodge on Lorraine where the toys were dropped off. The run ended with a chili feed and a live auction.

The run is for street legal bikes only and will start at 10 a.m. at Salty Cycles at 129 E Sherman. Bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate.

The Reno County Toy Run was started in 1983 by a group of friends who saw a need in their community. The event is held the last Sunday before Thanksgiving.
