
RENO COUNTY — A Wichita man was taken by ambulance from the scene of a motorcycle accident Tuesday night in Reno County.
According to the Reno County Sheriff's Office, at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday, deputies and Pretty Prairie Fire and Haven EMS were dispatched to a half mile south of Sun City on Yoder Rd for an injury motorcycle accident.
The 23-year-old man told deputies he was south bound on Yoder Rd. when he failed to negotiate the curve and continued south onto the gravel. The man laid the motorcycle over and left the roadway to the right.
The driver was transported by Haven EMS for possible injuries. His motorcycle was towed away from the scene. He was not wearing a helmet.
