The Hutchinson Zoo is turning on the holiday magic a little early with a special adults-only celebration on Friday, Dec. 5. From 6 to 9 p.m., guests 21 and older are invited to Prairie Nights: Holiday Lights — an evening designed for sipping, savoring, and socializing amid a sparkling preview of the zoo’s seasonal light displays.
The event offers grown-ups the chance to explore the zoo after hours, enjoy festive bites and beverages, and take part in fun activities tailored specifically for adults. Memorable animal encounters will also be featured throughout the evening, giving guests a behind-the-scenes look at some of the zoo’s residents.
Tickets are limited and expected to go quickly. Those interested are encouraged to reserve their spot at www.HutchinsonZoo.org. All attendees must be 21 or older and present a valid photo ID at the gate.
The zoo notes that this preview night is separate from its family-oriented holiday programs and provides a unique opportunity for adults to experience the lights in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
