CASS COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating an incident and asking the public for help to identify a vehicle.

Just before 11:30a.m. Friday, a person suspiciously fell from a moving vehicle along northbound Interstate 49 just north of Harrisonville, Missouri (approximately 40 miles south of Kansas City, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

 The person received minor injuries but was unable to describe how the incident occurred. A witness captured dash-cam video of a vehicle that was seen immediately after the person fell onto the highway.&nbsp;
