HUTCHINSON, Kan. — 911 lines were down in most of the southern half of Kansas, including in Reno County for about three hours Sunday afternoon.
Initial diagnosis indicates a software conflict, according to the 911 Coordinating Council.
The lines were down between approximately 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday.
