LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) — Texas Tech is looking for consecutive wins in Big 12 games for the first time under third-year coach Matt Wells when Kansas State visits Saturday.
The Red Raiders have done it just once the past five years. The Wildcats have won nine of the past 10 in the series but are on an eight-game losing streak in league games going back to last season.
That's the longest skid since Kansas State joined the Big 12 in 1996.
