Wilma J. Wilson, 89, died April 14, 2022 in Wichita.
She was born March 26, 1933, at St. Leo, the daughter of Edwin and Esther Schulte Wegerer.
A longtime resident of the Kingman community, she was retired from the Safeway and Food-4-Less grocery stores.
Wilma was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Altar Society, both of Kingman.
On May 8, 1951, she married William A. Henning at St. Leo; he died Nov. 2, 1981. On aug. 25, 1983, she married Merle L. Wilson; he died May 12, 1999. Survivors include her children Dee and Larry McMillian, Patti Eck, Jo and Bill Sleffel, and Dennis and Sherri Henning; brother Frank Wegerer and his wife Kay; and sister-in-law Virleen Wegerer; grandchildren Ryan, Clarke, Kyle, Jay, Darrrin, Ethan, Alex, and Jared; great-grandchildren Peyton, Nate, Sophia, Ellery, Brant, Gavin, Hugo, Fitz and Maverick. She was also preceded in death by her parents, her sister Helen Peters and brother Bob Wegerer; son-in-law Clink Eck; and infant daughter Mary.
Parish rosary will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 19, 2022 followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., both at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Kingman. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday at the Livingston Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
