ANDERSON COUNTY — One person died in an accident just after 9:30a.m. Saturday in Anderson County.The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2000 Chevy S-10 pickup driven by Todd Parker Vogts, 55, Olpe, was eastbound on 1400 Road three miles north of Westphalia. The driver failed to yield&nbsp; at Colorado Road. The pickup and a northbound 2005 Chevy Silverado driven by&nbsp; Ronald L&nbsp;Jost II, 55, Olathe, collided at the intersection.A passenger in the S1-10 Roy Vogts, 52, Olpe, was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to&nbsp;Feuerborn Family Funeral Home.EMS transported Todd Vogts,&nbsp;Jost II and a passenger in the Silverado Terri S. Jost, 52, Olathe, to the Anderson County Hospital. The occupants in the S-10 were not wearing seat belts, according to the KHP.
