HUTCHINSON, Kan. --  The Big 12 Men’s Golf Championship returns to Prairie Dunes Country Club Monday-Wednesday, April 24-26. This will be the 14th year of the Championship at the 6,947-yard, par-70 golf course in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Over the course of three days, the golfers will play 72 holes. Thirty-six holes will be played on the first day, while days two and three will feature 18 holes a day. The lowest four scores out of five over each 18 holes will determine the team championship.

Parings for the first and second rounds were determined by the most recent Sagarin rankings. Round two will begin five and a half hours after the start of the first round with the same pairings but starting tees will be switched. Parings for the second and third days will be based on the previous round’s team results.

Seven Big 12 teams are ranked within the top 50 and all 10 programs are ranked within the top 120. No. 1-seed Texas Tech and No. 2-seed Oklahoma will tee off first on Monday while No. 5-seed K-State and No. 6-seed Baylor will be the second pair to begin. No. 3-seed Texas and No. 4-seed Oklahoma State are paired together while No. 7-seed TCU will start with No. 8-seed Kansas. No. 9-seed Iowa State and No. 10-seed West Virginia round out Monday’s pairings.

For the first time in Big 12 Men’s Golf history, live coverage of the Championship round will air on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ with Ryan Burr and Carl Paulson on commentary.

An awards presentation will take place immediately following the conclusion of the Championship on Wednesday. Along with the team champion, the All-Tournament team will be recognized. The team will consist of the top 10 individual finishers which include any ties.

Oklahoma is the defending champion while Texas Tech’s Ludvig Aberg is the reigning individual champion.
