HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Board of Reno County Commissioners is having a meeting on the fifth Tuesday in March and there are a handful of business items to discuss.
On the agenda is the extension of the state of local disaster emergency for COVID-19 to June 30 with Adam Weishaar, Emergency Management Director.
Also, an optional extension of Emergency Paid Sick Leave and Emergency Family & Medical Leave will be presented by Helen Foster, Human Resources Interim Director, and Randy Partington, County Administrator.
Randy Regehr, Director of Community Corrections will have items related to the FY '22 Juvenile Services Reinvestment Grant Application and the Kansas Department of Corrections Comprehensive Plan Grant.
There will also be a discussion of Solid Waste Fees by Megan Davidson, Director of the County Landfill.
The meeting will take place at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Reno County Courthouse.
