
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Community College Board of Trustees will have a special meeting to clean up paperwork prior to the end of the school's fiscal year on Thursday.
Fiscal year end payments for the school are on the agenda.
Also to be considered are resignations of an assistant football coach and an instructional technologist and the early retirement of the EMS Lab Assistant Coordinator.
The board will deal with the disposal of outdated equipment that cannot be fixed, as well.
Items of fiscal action include a contract with Underscore Higher Ed to be the Customer Relationship Management consultant for the Slate admissions and enrollment management, student success, and alumni/advancement computer program at a cost of $45,000 and the replacement of 10 computers and 7 monitors for the Media Communications program located in Bldg 12 with Underground Vaults and Storage at a cost of $39,005.70.
The meeting begins Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the Justice Theater of the Shears Technology Center at Hutchinson Community College at 1300 North Plum.
