
FULL RESULTS FROM BUHLER REGIONAL
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Buhler High School bowling teams both qualified for the Class 4-1A state championship following regional play on Tuesday at The Alley.
The Crusader girls won the regional team title with a 2737 series, over 600 pins better than McPherson, who finished in second place. The Crusader boys finished in second place, 161 pins behind McPherson, who won the team title.
Buhler senior Teigan Nielsen won the girls individual title with a 554 series, bowling games of 164, 204 and 186. Fellow Crusader, senior Kenzie Welch finished in second with a 544 series, bowling games of 174, 170 and 200.
McPherson senior Alex Wheat won the boys individual title with a 693 series, bowling games of 212, 256 and 225.
