Pretty Prairie went 2-1 in pool play at 1A-I in Dodge City. Pretty Prairie def. Atwood-Rawlins County 25-16; 25-18 and def. Victoria 25-20; 25-8, before losing to Downs-Lakeside 23-25; 25-18; 29-27. They will play in a semifinal vs. Centralia at 9 a.m.
Central Christian went 2-1 in pool play at 1A-2 in Emporia. Central Christian def. Grainfield-Wheatland/Grinnell 25-22; 25-10 and lost to Lebo 25-11; 25-19 before def. Bucklin 25-18; 25-9. They will play in a semifinal vs. Hanover at 9 a.m.
