HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Northwest Florida State jumped out to a good lead and then kept Trinidad State at bay in an 87-77 win in the first round of the NJCAA Tournament.

The Raiders advance to the next round where they will play Indian Hills tomorrow at 8:30 p.m. Trinidad State ends the season at 18-13.

The Raiders inside game and strong three-point shooting was more than enough to get them into the next round. The Raiders were led by Deshawndre Washington with 21 points. Tre Clark added 20 and Brennan Rigsby his five threes on the way to 19.

Trinidad State was led by Dylan West's 24 points and Jailen Bradford's 15.&nbsp;
