Pocatello, Idaho —Butler's head football coach is moving on.
Idaho State head coach Charlie Ragle announced the hiring of Tim Schaffner on Monday.
Schaffner has been the head coach of Butler Community College for the past seven years after spending a decade as the Grizzlies defensive coordinator.
Ragle played for Schaffner when he was an assistant at Eastern New Mexico State.
