HUTCHINSON, Kan. — During the last County Commission meeting, Emergency Management Director Adam Weishaar announced that a supply of free Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) was being sent to Reno County from the Kansas Division of Emergency Management.
The supply would allow all infrastructure, businesses, venues, events, faith-based groups, restaurants and schools to submit an application to help fill the gap of necessary PPE in order to help reduce the potential spread of COVID-19.
Entities that would like to request PPE from this inventory will need to visit www.renogov.org to access the form. Instructions for where to email the completed request form are located at the bottom.
Once the form is received, you will be notified of a pick-up date and time along with additional instructions for when you arrive. The Reno County Health Department says it will do its best to fill the requests with the supply on hand.
All requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
