The Reno County Health Department clarified in a release Wednesday that they are not conducting COVID-19 testing. 

They are requesting that you call your medical provider if you believe you need to be tested.

If you do not have a medical provider, you can call Hutchinson Clinic at (620) 669-2500 or PrairieStar at (620) 663-8484, but both locations require that you call ahead to ensure test availability and to allow staff to follow proper infection protocol.

Please practice good hygiene with frequent hand washing, proper respiratory etiquette such as coughing and sneezing into your elbow bend, wearing a mask when going out in public, limiting handshakes and physical contact. Stay home if you are feeling ill and call your primary care physician to discuss your symptoms.
