HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Northwest Florida State rallied from seven points down with 5:32 to go, outscoring Triton 13-2 in the balance of the game, to win the NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball national semifinal 68-64 Friday night at the Hutchinson Sports Arena.
The Raiders were led by Issa Muhammad's 18 points. Tre Clark added 12 for Northwest Florida State.
The Trojans were paced by 15 points from Cobie Montgomery. Teonta McKeithen had 11, Daylan Hamilton added 10 for Triton.
Northwest Florida State will meet Snow College for the national championship Saturday night at 6 p.m. in Hutchinson.
